Blame it on the economy, blame it on boredom,
or just blame it on the alcohol, a group of
friends decided to open up a Bar and Grill in
Belle, MO after Plan A didn't pan out, so they
turned to Plan B.

Plan B is located on the Main Street in Belle,
MO (Alvarado Avenue) right in the middle of
town.  Just look for the neons, and look for the
crowds, regardless of the reason, everyone
comes here to be found.
